How do I cancel my subscription billed through Apple? (App Store or Apple TV Channels)?

If you have made up your mind, please follow the steps below. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple.

 

From Your Apple Device

  1. Go to your Subscriptions page and select the subscription you would like to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription.

If the link above does not take you to your Subscriptions page follow the steps below to find the page.

From Your iPhone, iPad, OR iPod Touch

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap the subscription you would like to cancel. If you do not see one, check if you signed in with the correct Apple ID.
  5. Choose Cancel Subscription.

From Your Computer (Using iTunes)

  1. Open iTunes and sign in to your App Store account with your Apple ID.
  2. On the Account Information page, scroll down to the Settings section.
  3. To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage.
  4. Select ‘Edit’ for the subscription you would like to cancel. If you don't see your subscription, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

From Your Apple TV (4th Generation)

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Under Users, select the Apple ID for the account you want to access.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password.
  5. Select your relevant subscription, and then select Cancel Subscription.

 

* NOTE: Your membership or subscription might renew if you don't cancel your membership or subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.
